Told you there are more coming on my journey at the happiest place on earth! This time I will share the exciting rides, amazing shows and the spectacular fireworks. And now we’re all set to try the rides.
First destination was at TomorrowLand! This place is really amazing and feels like you’re in other side of planet. As a fan of Toy Story movies, we tried the ride “Buzz Lightyear Astro Blaster” where you have to shoot aliens and ofcourse defeat Emperor Zrug (the spaceship has a laser gun and there’s a target) and pretend you’re Buzz Lightyear. You must shoot as many as you can to earn more points. Yaaaay! I got the highest score from the three. I got 800,000+ while my opponent Rj got 600,000+ points. WHAHAHA! (competitive much?) I had so much fun! I want to do it again and again!
We tried also the Autopia!!! It's cool!
Second from the list was at FantasyLand where we watch the "Golden Mickey Show" to relax after what we did in the Astro Blaster!!! It’s a show with almost all the Disney characters present. The language was in Cantonese but there are two projectors side by side translated in a English language. All the performers were so energetic, and the whole production was super amazing. My favorite part was the Toy Story rendition, where they sang “You've Got a Friend in Me”. It is truly breath taking. Each part gave me chills- outstanding performance for all of them!
I need to took this photo because it's not included in our list, but surely once I go back I will try this one!
Next up on our itinerary was AdventureLand. After we rode the raft and explore Tarzan Tree House, a trip to the Jungle River Cruise is next where we had our very entertaining boat driver with us (I forgot the name LOL!). We had so much fun seeing animals inside the safari. You’ll see elephants, zebras, giraffes, and other exotic beast like crocodile and big snakes!
We then headed to the Grizzly Gulch, we've been so excited to ride their thrilling
"Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Ears". It was the wildest ride for me in the whole park. I’m screaming and screaming the whole runaway journey!
HAHA !!!

And now, to the Toy Story Land! This area made me feel like I’ve shrank to the size of Andy’s toys. You see how cool is that??? Everything was oversized: pencils, crayons, letter bricks,Woody, toy soldier, etc. This is my favorite area so far. We tried the RC Racer except ate Diane (she still had hangover from Grizzly Gulch) Har-Har! It’s like roller coaster in a U-shaped and it goes back and forth really fast and it goes higher and higher. Again I’m screaming the whole ride.
We also rode Top Soldier Parachute Drop, where the parachute goes slowly high and drops us fast. The rides are really awesome, scary and FUN.

While waiting for the night parade we decided to enter the "Stitch Encounter" in TomorrowLand.
We want Stitch! We want stitch! This is the funniest show in the park. The audience will have a chance to interact with Stitch. In the whole show all I remember are "Mr. Boyfriend" (which is kuya RR) and the "kakulitan" of that mischievous alien.

“Disney Paint the Night” A must see parade before the fireworks. It’s where all your memories as a kid come back to life. The parade cast are Tinkerbell, Lightning McQueen, Belle (from Beauty and the Best) Ariel, James and Mike (from Monster Inc.) Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Slinky, Goofy, Donald Duck, Miney Mouse, Mickey Mouse and hundreds of dancers. Seeing the cast made me shocked – happy – speechless, you really get blown away. All the beautiful costumes, painted faces and hyped dancers are amazing! It was a celebration with lights and splendid show filled with music, laughter and dancing. Enough to make me believe I was a kid again! In fact, the parade was one of the most memorable things we experienced in the entire trip!
And the 8 o'clock come! It was time for the much awaited fireworks. The finale – “Disney in the Star” It lasted a good 30 minutes or so. I assure you, you won’t get bored! It was the most amazing set of fireworks I've even seen in my entire life – I swear! Disney has the best fireworks shows and this one is no different! It was so magical together with the Disney songs and it just reminded me of my childhood!
Just imagine “When You Wish Upon A Star” playing in the background, doesn't it look so magical?
We all gazed unto the sky and witnessed the most spectacular display of fireworks. OH MY GOD! I’m teary eyed that moment. The only thing I could say was “wooooooooooow.”
I don’t know how Disney does it, but damn, they do it well!!! There is really no place like Disneyland. You won’t regret coming here! I’ll never grow tired of it. NEVER!
After the magical day, we called it a night, slept up and got ready for another adventure in China! Yes, our ShenZhen journey is coming up soon!
