Few more days and February is over! Do you know what I’m thinking right now? Or maybe we have the same thought on upcoming month. Hell yes! Summer is about to come. And with summer holidays upon us, there’s no escape, it is the time for annual bikini face-off!!! Okay, I admit that I don’t have the body of Halle Berry or Jennifer Lopez with layers and revealing bare flesh enough to bring anyone
out in a hot sweat. I’m just like any other girl out there who wants to have a flatter belly, thinner thighs, and a tighter butt, yet I can only achieve that if I follow my own oplan diet plan. For those who know me better than me (hahaha), I am addicted to carbs and I can also never say no to sweets! I should be totally honest in saying my problem area is my tummy, as always! LOL! So, if you’re following me on Instagram you’ll see that I already started my healthy diet. I made my own diet plan to achieve my ideal weight, have a toned muscle and hopefully getting abs and I want to share it with you.
Don’t skip breakfast. We shouldn't skip the most important meal of the day. It gives us a much-needed energy boost for the rest of the day. I always make sure that my breakfast is the very healthy meal I need to take a day. You can prepare any of the four pictures above in just 10 minutes. These are my favorite breakfast meal. They’re low in fat and calories. (but when I already sick eating like these and missing my coffee habit, I prefer to eat one banana + coffee)
Practice moderation rather than deprivation. If you are a beginner, I know it is hard as stone not to cheat on what you want to eat. Me, myself also been there before but I learned how to say NO-NO and control myself from high in calories food. I’m not saying here don’t eat what you want. Allow yourself a taste of it BUT in a small portion only. That’s not going to kill you or add a dress size. I highly suggest veggies, grilled fish and sweet kamote during lunch. My favorite meal for lunch is my own grilled fish and mortadella with veggies in pita wrap and green salad with one boiled egg with a little bit of this creamy caesar dressing. Remember: stop depriving yourself, and start eating in a sustainable, healthy and enjoyable way instead.
Exercise. For those people who didn't find time going to the gym like me because of my work, please don’t make that as an excuse not to exercise. Workout and stretch your body at least three times a week. (of course doing it every day is more effective way to achieve your ideal body) You can do it even at home. Try to Google or watch some videos in YouTube of exercise you can do at home.
Drinks lots of water and tea. Drinking lots of water can help to lose weight. I’m drinking a glass of water thirty minutes before I take a meal for quite sometime now and it helps me to reduce my food intake. Anyway I prefer to drink water with slice of fresh lemon. Tea’s also playing a vital role when we want to lose weight. It is the healthiest beverage on the planet. Tea can increase fat burning and also help improve digestion.
Make your dinner light. I'm not actually eating dinner but when I feel hungry I'll make sure I have my Yo! low fat yogurt to fill my tummy. But you guys, you can munch one banana before you sleep or even make it a midnight snack.
